you are asking for dietary tips and you want to make changes so you are on your way into a more positive way of thinking. I hope this helps you to see yourself in a better light. the most important thing is to like yourself. however you think you look. keep going now. I suppose my best tips are to set yourself a realistic target (look up what calories you can have each day that means you will lose weight) and then carefully stick to that. weighing things helps keep you in target. very importantly see it as a long term thing and if you have a bad day just put it down to experience and carry on aiming to eat healthily. Good luck... you can do it.

firstly you are always enough. try and fill.up on things that are calorie but high density such as broccoli, popcorn and yogurt. these should stop the cravings. i struggle with snacking but have realised u was thirsty and not hungry so try and drink some water 1st to see it is actually hunger. hope this helps stay positive

It looks like you’ve been doing ok, just stick with it. Slow and steady wins the race. My tip…. Planing. Plan your meals each day, and stick to your plan.

If you can eat them (not allergic to shellfish etc) seafood sticks are a great snack. Good protein so you feel less hungry. My other filler-upper is porridge. I usually have it with milled flax seed, half a teaspoon of peanut butter and 1/2 a banana. Helps digestion and has a slow energy release so less hunger and crashes.

Cut out carbs: pasta, bread mainly. Get rid of sugar. Load up on proteins and unsaturated fats. Increase steps/activeness Keep your head up and take each day as it comes. You can do it.

I am a volume eater and enjoy big, carb loaded meals. For me, restrictive eating has never worked and I always ended up binging. What I do now is eat an ungodly amount of vegetables and salads, more protein and a smaller amount of carbs (50g of uncooked rice for example) There are hardly any calories in most veggies, they are great for you and they fill you up when you eat enough of them. I have been averaging between 1500-1800 kcals most days and don't feel hungry at all. Good luck :)

I think you have to find out what works for you. I have a terrribe habit of eating in the evening. Rather than having a snack I’ll have 3 or 4 and the cals soon add up. I try to eat a bit less in the day so I can afford a snack or 2 in the evening. I agree about the avoid added sugar it just makes you feel crazy for more. I love a corn thin with humous as a quite low calorie snack x x good luck and don’t give up or be too hard on yourself

Adding more fibre in to your diet will help you feel full adding more protein as well And having your favourite things isn’t a bad thing just have a day a week where you have a favourite food and then you won’t binge on foods that you want Also what helps me is food prep for breakfast lunch and already have dinner in my fridge what I’m going to have If you have a sweet tooth have a jelly a small one or have fruits strawberries ect

Keto diet really works with loosing weight and cravings. In pair with intermittent fasting and some exercise, like walking daiky and HIIT training couple of times per week.

Unfortunately hunger is part of the game if you want to lose weight, the human body is wired to get you to feed when it notices you don’t have enough nutrients. Low calorie density food and fiber will help but as others said you should try different approaches and see what works best for you. For me it is reduced portions and limiting carbs/fats, accepting the hunger has been key to reach goals. Exercise and in particular strength training is necessary in my view to get long term benefits

When you say you feel like shit - perhaps your focus should be healthy eating and your well-being. If you are overweight medically, then sure a plan to loose weight healthy is a good action. You should use a BMI measurement to help indicate. I have no idea if you are underweight or over because of online presence doesn’t show this. If you are a healthy wanting to weight loosing weight can be signal for other problems that need addressing. Perhaps you actually need to focus on feeling healthier and being active!

Would you mind sharing your daily routine and meal plan? It's kinda hard to give advice without the context.
