So far so good. At least I am losing weight. I am a little worried it is a too fast of a rate. I have really tried to eat more fruits and vegetables lately, especially after listening to DOAC podcast with the Poo Scientist. If anyone wants to find another podcast to listen to, I really enjoy these interviews.

So on Saturday for brunch I made shakshuka, then ate a slice of pizza & part of a froyo with my son at Sam's Club. I took one sip of the root beer my son wanted and it felt like battery acid to me, it has been a few weeks since I last had any coke. Then my wife had made a lovely pot of potato soup. Sunday, was shaksuhka leftovers with a piece of toasted bread, then pot roast & noodles at my parents. I think the only vegetable on the table were some onions that were cooked with the roast. I kept my portions in check and only ate a little from the boys' plates. I even splurged on a piece of cherry pie. No supper that day, I did snack on some cheese and a turkey stick. I slept horrible and didn't make it down to do my cardio or go to my small group at 6 am. Breakfast felt more like a break feast, 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/4 apple, tsp brown sugar and a bit of cinnamon, half slice of bacon on avocado toast. With a cafe latte protein drink. The best part was I was 225 at weight in this morning.
102.1 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
