i have a good fasting window. but I don't "fast" as a strategy to meet goal. the strategy is meal planning, prepping and discipline. however, I've grown to like 12-13 hour window of refraining.

i like going to bed empty stomach. i like that feeling. i like hunger, I've changed my psychology around hunger. hunger is a gift.

my sleep is a lot better and I very seldom have to wake up in night for bathroom. that's a big deal.

i feel it works for the reasons I need it to work. a daily reset and recharge for the night morning. so I can feel my nutrition working and keep measure of my digestion and metabolism.
