I am very mad at myself. I was doing so well all week, making sure I consume less calories than I burn. But yesterday I had 2 glasses of wine (big glasses) and this morning being my weigh in day, I only lost 10g in the past week. I do believe it's the wine because I did everything else right. But I didn't realize how bad wine could effect the process. Guess I am giving up drinking. It's not good for me anyway. 😩🍷
92.9 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

you lost 100g and the wine wouldn't really affect your process cause you've been in a deficit all week. its just superficial, you'll see 😊

I gave up drinking 14 years ago. I just went cold turkey as I was an addict. One of the best decisions of my life 🧡

Clean since Feb 2022, won't look back. Wasn't adding to life and helped me get the body I wanted.

I agree with Bianca, drinking occasionally doesn’t really have an impact , if you looking at it from an 80/20 point.. I use to drink daily, I kid you not,DAILY🫣. Now I drink at an event and maybe 1 day on a weekend after a few weekends have passed…find what works for you, the last thing you want is to give up all together because you can’t have a glass of wine, incorporate it into your lifestyle but with limits. I also drink alcohol that is not too heavy on calories. You got this girl, just a small bump on the road.
