Quick question. I'm getting alot of conflicting information on calorie & macro goals. I'm 5' 9" and 181.4 lbs, looking to lose 25-35lbs. Im weight lifting 5 days a week, running 3 days (at least 2 miles plus high intensity intervals) and doing other cardio the other 2 days (elliptical, rowing, etc). I put my calorie goal around 1500 a day and feel pretty good with that but not sure if that's still too low. Not sure where my macro goals should be. Thoughts?
