co worker offering to buy subway Friday. I will be politely declining for a few reasons. 1. I have prepped already and I value staying accountable to myself. 2ep . subway is actually higher in sodium than i care for.

my body has no medical issue with sodium. but at this level of trying to be healthy, it feels good to keep numbers in control. it brings me joy and makes me happy to accomplish good numbers every day.

even diet cheat days are getting better under control. still massive quantities, but not pure garbage.
