I've done good so far today, then you get that upsetting phone call from the person that just keeps breaking your heart, and you want to stuff your face with chocolate to dull some of that emotion, but you know you will feel bad about it tomorrow if you do ,so it's not worth the chocolate., or the migraine.

I keep telling myself that the brief moments of pleasure are not worth the long period of guilt and having to look at the results of the scale. Easy to say, hard to do. Keep your chin up! Sorry you are having a hard time.
