I'm soon to be 50 on August 21, I use to weigh 303 pounds now I'm down to 234, taking it one day at a time, I can't excercise the way I would like to because of fibromyalgia , spine problems , etc, but I do get some in, I will continue , because I'm not giving up being healthy, my health is most important . I'm not on any kind of diet, I just don't drink pop, I haven't in 5 yrs, I rarely ear bread, , I eat more fish and chicken, fruit, and vegetables , do I have a snack when I want it, yes I do, but I don't go overboard.
