if i can successfully get my weekly low down a bit, i'd consider "bulking".

but my definition of bulking is way different from all others.

i'm only interested in things that are sustainable. gigantic muscles, weighing over 200 lbs, super high calories, super high protein, fasting, keto.........

all these things may help someone achieve something, but not achieve sustainability.
