lost over 40 pounds and successfully keeping it off for way more than a year now. started new eating behavior almost 2 years ago now.
consistency and healthy changes. one cannot get here by fasting or cutting carbs. healthy body and a diet i can stay on forever was the goal. one cannot fast or do low carb/no carb for ever. those methods are cutting steps and not really doing any work.
