Hmmm I just finished Leslie Sansone's Walk the Pounds Away (1 mile), and according to my heart rate monitor, I burned 238 calories. That seems really high. Maybe because I don't have a continuous HRM? I must hold down 2 buttons for a few minutes to get HR. Maybe this thing isn't very accurate.
I will try this again when I get my Vivofit2 and compare.
