So that is a complete surprise. either my scale is crap or i have developed body shifter abilities.

Granted, i was bloated last time I mounted the scale and now i just returned from my first 2.5h run in about a week or so.

Ok then, i guess goal reached ...
72.5 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 16.5 kg a Week
