Hi FSFam, Week 7 completed and true to form, I have binged................as a chocoholic, the usual suspects were involved. I always manage to last 7/8 weeks before crashing out of my diet.☹️ This time, after mindlessly eating choc biscuits and chocolate, I did not get the usual 'hit' but instead felt a little ill. 🤒 I also ate some bread, butter and vegemite: my body wanted carbs! When I mentioned last week I'd be focusing on carbs, I didn't have this in mind! 😀 It is only through sheer grit and determination that I got 'back on the horse', maintained my exercise throughout, and managed to lose some weight (albeit only 0.6kg). Not too bad, considering I gained a kg after the binge. 🫤
I have some new motivation for the next 6 weeks: a two week holiday in Queensland.🌴☀️ Hopefully I will be confident enough to 'dare to bare' my body in a swimsuit 🩱by then. Even if it's only in the hotel pool/spa 🏖️
