Been at my partners all weekend. despite being keto for the majority I gained a little. it could have been that I had 1 dessert, or the extra glass of wine, or it could have been that this is what my body does. a friend that does keto also says that you do get to points where you still lose fat, but weight stays the same. I am hoping it's just that. I'll stick to it and if the weight starts creeping up again I might just cry! Though I need to start getting things hidden in my closet as some of my old clothes are starting to look stupid!
