I weighing in the 23rd but scale now is saying up a #. Well the good news is I get to file my application for the YWCA to get a reduced rate affordable for me to take advantage of help and structure. I am not big on exercise I am good on therapy, I am good on dancing, I am good on fun stuff, swiming, water arobics. But when it comes to the word exercise it is in my head bad stuff. So I am on a reset brain challenge all activity is fun. lol lol will get there. I am excited over this and looking forward to see how it helps change my life style, and weight. Need to be stronger as I broke my walker. lol

I know how you feel. I never did alot of exercising because we were kept busy as kids.Biking, walking and running around like wild Indians. No TV, no video games. I have all of the above now and find I have to remind myself to MOVE!I am now having to go through the same mind reset. If your walker broke, get a cane or walking stick for balance. You don't want to fall as you are working on getting stronger.

Thank you it's nice to know I'm not alone. And yes thats how it was as a kid for me too. Good advice and cain or walking stick I beleive this will get me off of walker too. FS keep climbing
