a person should not worry about a gain this big after diet cheat days. it is typically the amount of food matter and water. it is not "body fat". it takes a lot more time and effort to gain that much weight in "fat".

however, if one doesn't get back on track the very next day and make productive use of that food matter...........then the outcome will be much less desirable.
