Breakfast at 12:00. My internal clock has really been off lately. Getting up really late, going to bed really early/late 2:30 am last night.
I'm not sure what to do about weighing. I weigh at the dietician's office but my scale is not the same as hers. Because of my schedule I rarely weigh at the same time and I don't wear the same clothes. Maybe I should just weigh before I get dressed every morning. Its up a whole pound today but I am fully dressed.

Trying to drink more today.
