Hooray!!? Today I dropped down into the 'overweight' category with a BMI of 29.78. I am no longer obese! After 2 weeks I am starting to get into the swing of things with regards to diet, planning and recording all meals. My body must be adjusting too, as I am no longer feeling hungry on the reduced calorie intake. As a chocoholic, the past week has been somewhat of a challenge but I did allow myself some mini strawberry eggs and a small Lindt bunny. The remaining chocolate is out of the house and I have cleared the cupboards of all junk food. I have also decided to set myself a diet related challenge/focus each week. This week I will try to eat as many different plant foods as I can. Oh, I also hit my first mini goal of 4kg lost so I'm off to the shops to buy a new face cream & sheet mask and will give myself a mini facial as my treat!
