So today marks the beginning of the challange to not snack after 7pm even low cal healthy snacking is out...Hardest part is I am a bit of a night owl so when I eat around 6/6:30 I still have a solid 6-8 hours of up time. All aboard the crazy train!

Honestly this was a very hard thing for me to do. sometimes I dont get home until 7-730 so I had to change a few things. But I do like it better this way. Do it (almost) everyday. It can be done:) Good luck!

Make some no calorie jello for late snacks or what I do if starve to death after dinner - I eat 1-2 serving of low fat cottage cheese, only 90-180cal and it will feed ur muscles all nite, u can add bacon bits to it ;)
U'll be fine as long as it's not carbs after 7pm, good luck! U can do this!
