I almost skipped my workout today but was able to manage it. I'm glad that I did not skip it. I could not do exercise machine, but at least I did workout.

Sat) GC (Get Chisel'd)
Sun) *optional* BMCB (Bootcamp Maximum Calorie Burn)
Plus 20-minutes exercise machine, if it's possible, every day.
