So after some consideration and trying to figure out what's next after reaching my goal, here is what I came up with.
Getting down to 160lb or 20% body fat. Doing 1 month of P90X, and see if i continue afterwards
I know this is going to be tough, as i have been struggling around the 170lb Mark the past month
