Its going to be a long week. Heat warning into effect monday thru friday. Guess Ill be drinking alot of water. I find it hard to eat though. Will have to figure out some high carb veggies and get more for less :)

Boy, have I told you lately what an awesome job you're doing! Look at you go! This heat certainly does stink! It doesn't look like we're going to get any sort of break for a while, unfortunately. Definately want to drink the water, especially if you're working out in it! Stay cool!
