Not much energy today, but that is mostly because I have sleep apnea. I use a BiPap machine to help and it does help a bit. Low energy and stamina have plagued me all of my life, the only time I really had energy was during cancer recovery when my radiation oncologist prescribed me a low dosage of morphine for pain - 10 mg. I slept soundly for hours and hours every day and felt wonderful. When the morphine ended, after about 8 months, the low energy returned. If I could just get some good sleep! Childhood report cards for me have notes saying, "Mary seems to need more rest." But, wow, those days when I had good sleep with the morphine I felt wonderful... I slept about 14 hours a day with it, but morphine is not a remedy, that is for sure. Interesting, you would think it would be otherwise, as it suppresses the respiratory system. In my case, I think it made the apneas less troublesome, but who knows for sure. :)
