Up .2 kg which corresponds to about 1/4 lb. Was hoping to see a loss today, and there probably is one, but I don't know how much because I'm holding water it seems, feeling bloated. Calories were all in line throughout the week so it must be water retention.

My first week was not bad at all; I didn't have the hunger and cravings that I normally have because I was diligent about what kind of food I ate. Two stress days from irritating bureaucratic junk... technology!!!! I swear that it is more stressful working with that than anything else in life, but I didn't turn to food to ease the stress. I want to go back to paper and coin money and checkbooks! Life was simpler then. Happy that I've lost some weight, it's a very good feeling.

Supper tonight. My third day here at fatsecret. I feel great! Not hungry when I follow a healthy diet. Knowing the calories and nutrients is really helping me keep to a plan.
