Yesterday the scale showed that I lost weight with 3200 kcal clean diet. It seems gaining weight is going to be harder than I thought.

Yes, you look like a young man, you probably have a super fast metabolism. May I ask what exercise you are doing?

I am 29, I go to the gym 5 days a week. I am not that surprised people who try to bulk generally intake 3500-5000 kcal a day. But it’s hard 😅

Totally agree here - to gain clean weight it’s so hard. And dare you to skip a meal or workout few times, all that mass is gone so quick bye bye 🥲

Yeah, skipping meals would drag you to lose weight eventually. The point is as long as you are aware of your nutrients and macros then you can skip a meal or cheat a meal. You can recover

Back in the ancient past, when I first started working in gyms, weight gain powders were all the rage combined with working out twice a day if you wanted to 'get bigger' But I think things are a bit more sophisticated now with so much more knowledge available. All our new info came from 'Muscle and Fitness' magazine!

Exactly. The knowledge came with the experience back in the day. Now we've got too much information and knowledge. But it causes a distraction, isn't it? So I won't get distracted by like I have 200 Cal less today and I shouldn't hit the gym no I will continue haha
