Well, it’s still raining so I am behind on getting walks in. so I decided to go to a special dance intensive last night. Two hours. It was fun but it’s been more than 6 months since I injured my arm and the endurance I just not there. But that is almost half a pound down. So I’m taking it. If I find more time in the schedule for fun activity maybe I’ll do more.
