not neccesarily a good week but not a bad one either. Really hoping that when I step on that scale Monday morning I will have lost a total of 20lbs...I lost almost 14 the first week so only needed to loose 6 this week...I realize though that at some point soon just the eating right is going to not be the only thing I have to do to get the weight to come off. But I figure being morbidly obese I have a little ways to go before I hit my wall. As far as the food goes doing okay...I need to be better at eating breakfast even if it is just my fibeone bar and milk...that is better than nothing and I notice a difference when I don't eat breakfast, makes my day go a whole lot better. Even though the hubby is still chowing down on chocolate and beer I've still managed to say no thanks and stick with it. So heres to another day of doing well and hopefully the scale and I are friends come Monday morning.
