I made a Turkish dish called Menemen which I got the recipe from BBC Good Food, holy wow it was delicious! Of course sticking to the paleo diet i did not have the yogurt. Also indulged in a cigarette today due to stress with a pathetic b*tch of a customer at work which I did not enjoy to be honest, all good :)
