I have been reallt off gaurd for the past week or so and have not stook to the diet or gym and I feel like crap! I really need to swing back into the game and stick to it for good! All that effort I put in the first week and I was so proud of myself and felt amazing, I want that back and for good!

Now I know there is no milk on the Paleo diet but, I really fancy a healthy smoothie after my yoga session at the gym :) Won't hurt!

I made a Turkish dish called Menemen which I got the recipe from BBC Good Food, holy wow it was delicious! Of course sticking to the paleo diet i did not have the yogurt. Also indulged in a cigarette today due to stress with a pathetic b*tch of a customer at work which I did not enjoy to be honest, all good :)

Today has been brilliant! I did so much exercise and I throughly enjoyed it; must of walked about 5 miles on top of the gym! My meals today were amazing, for my dinner I made homemade bombay sweet potatoes from my own head which were beyond delicious, very low cal but more importantly filling!
Day 3 of not smoking either, doing well as appose to my other attempts! I would also highly recommend allowing at least one day to yourself where you take full advantage of your gyms' hydro and heat therapy, does you the world of good! :)
