My first week and I can already see some problem areas in my routine. I did not realize my high protein stacks had so much fat! Ugh. But a small weight change in the right direction so I will take it as a win. And do better next week.
94.1 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Go with fish, since there’s many varieties that are high protein and low fat. The fatty cuts of meat (and dairy) are often really high sodium, too, which is why dietitians say to eat lean protein sources instead.
