i've heard people say "i don't wanna be on a diet where i'm not allowed to have what i want". then it dawned on me, i can have whatever i want, whenever i want. what's different is I CHOOSE what i want and I DECIDE what I want and will eat. I am in control at all times. it's called accountability to myself.
