Ok sooo the Holiday weekend didnt go nearly as well as I had hoped...I had way too much to eat and late in the evenings as well blah :( about the only thing I did manage to do was stay away from sugers and starchs. No breads, potatoes or anything. Not a total wash but at least I did one thing kinda right. I'll focus on the positive and remember major holidays are ment to be celebrated. Does anyone think I'll still be saying that at this weeks weigh in lol? I Hope you all faired better then I.

Hey Lowcarb guy, the longer you stay on the program the easier it is to say no,walk away or bring your own low carb dish to the table.It really does get easier,I promise! AND the bad food won't taste nearly as great as it used to!
