Wow this is proof that mother nature is amazingly good in keeping you and me alive.

I knew that 1 cheat day will cut into my prior gains, but gaining that much weight for celebrating my birthday ( including cake ) yesterday will surely motivate me to stay with OMAD today.

Coffee for breakfast and P90X Plyometrics for lunch. Bring it baby ...
83.9 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
