I've also decided that each day, I'm going to post a reason why I would like to lose weight, and what I would like to acheive by doing so.

Anyone else want to join in doing that with me????


I'll start:

I want to be able to wake up everyday with a smile on my face knowing that I am going to feel great about looking in the mirror each morning.

for me: its mostly about not feeling like i have to avoid myself and others because ive gained so much weight

for me it had to be that, I want to be able to keep up with my 4 year old. well that is never going to happen unless i loose the almost extra person i have.
