Feel slow, tired, and fat today. Feel like I could sleep for days. plan to go to bed early and get up early and get a good workout in at the gym to start my day tomorrow.

I find that if I make myself get up early and go to the gym, I have more energy for the day. I also work out again at night. My body is so out of shape, I just hope I don't get burnt out on either workout.
