Just weighed in at 153 IN UNIFORM! That means I'm really losing weight :) Not just wearing less clothing at weigh-in. This is keeps me motivated... actual progress... gonna keep exercising and watching my caloric intake, while still trying to make healthier choices. Increasing my protein intake and decreasing my carbs is still a big challenge... but I'm going grocery shopping tonight so I should be able to find some better recipes now that I'm actually planning that way.
