I did a seven mile jog today-- the longest I have EVER run. Very glad to have done it. Met some nice people who were training for the Chicago marathon- and I ran with them and then behind them. They were very nice.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 38.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

LoL! I loved the "with them & then behind them"! made me chuckle! I like jogging but about 5 is the most I can do...usually between 3 and 4 miles. Good for you! and good luck!

Hahaha-- thanks Makinitcount. Three and four miles is great. I try to do 2-3 miles three times a week-- and then a long run on Saturday.
