i'll say it again. it's just as much hard work and hard effort to stay down and maintain, as it was to get down. that does not mean exercise, it means accountability with what we put in our bodies. counting, weighing, measuring, discipline, choices, behavior. exercise is good for you, very good, but it has nothing to do with managing weight. it's all what we choose to, or choose NOT to, put in our bodies.
