Ok this is where I always start to get frustrated.
I've been running and walking every day, as well as eating pretty healthy and staying below my daily RDI of calories.
But I'm not losing any weight.
When I got to work this morning, I weighed in (in uniform) at 156... Two pounds over where I was last week, and one pound over my starting point.
My goal is to lose weight by making healthy lifestyle changes, not by some crash diet that promises fast weight loss... but it's so frustrating to be working in the wrong direction!
Someone help, please. Any pointers on where I can improve my eating habits? I'm going to continue to improve the workouts on my own... I'm training for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk for the Cure, so that'll definitely help, and I have to stay in good running shape for the military, so that's a no-brainer, too. I just need more help on the diet aspect of this diet lol.
