First time I write here ... I am very happy with FatSecret , When I think in to give up I access in here and this make me strong to do my diet . I really fell so sad some times , because I reduced my food . For me food is like the happiness, When I eat I feel something very good . And this is my problem ... I 'm so anxious and I use the food to escape and now I try to do it for myself without food . It's hard , but I hope I'll be the champion . Next week I'll start some Activities to help in my goal and to make better. I 'll try to use the exercise to control my anxious and to make me feel in a good mood. My English is not good , and sorry if I make some mistakes , but maybe I can get my goal and improve my Inglês in this place . I hope everyone here can get yours goals ! Big hug ...
