I haven't been here for a while. We have been busy cleaning out my father in law's place. Imagine the show hoarders, double it and make it filthy. EWWWW. We are almost done.
I joined a boot camp class twice a week a couple weeks ago. I've lost some weight this last month and a half. Not any size though. I think I'm gaining muscle so it's a good feeling anyhow.
One more week of this first step.
Here's my "steps" idea:
Step 1 - commitment to exercize 4 times per week. (Boot camp 2x @ home 2 x)
Step 2 - Being strict and disciplined with myself about my nutrition 4 days per week - while at the same time continuing with step 1
Step 3 - Maintain this for 3 months.
Step 4 - Change it up and add challenge to my steps routine.

Sounds funny? Sounds complicated? Sounds IDK? But I'm making it work so fooey on you. :)
91.2 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week

2 weeks for you to notice, 4 weeks for friends and family to notice, and 6 weeks for everyone else to notice ;) keep going and great job, you've already worked sooo SUPER hard on losing those 20 lbs!! or 8 kilos!!
