Have been adding carbs and cycling off keto (fruit and some pasta). Still look lean and feel great. Maybe water retention? Not too concerned- strength is way up.
87.8 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
