OK, reflecting on my food entry from yesterday it's kind of embarassing. I was under my calorie intake but all I had was carbs, carbs and more carbs! I had a pasta dish for lunch so I was planning on doing something with lean protein for dinner. However, my husband (bless his heart!) decided to make dinner while I was on my way back from the gym. Yet another pasta dish and garlic bread! He sure is sweet, but I really need to watch my carb intake today. I have leftovers from yesterday that I need to eat, but I will try my best to eliminate/reduce carb intake from dinner. Oh, and I need to start drinking more water... have been bad about that lately.
