I am really trying to lose this weight!! When i seen i lost almost 9 pounds in one week it had hit me like i can do this and i will. I think what had really helped me was eating salads for dinner. I work afternoons and sit alot so i thought that maybe that was the big problem with my weight. so instead of eating a heavy meal at night, i eat light. i try to make my lunch the heavy meal of the day. I am really proud of myself, at my work i have junk food all around me and i have been really good with not eating it. I recommend mousse temptations for people who crave candy bars. I eat one everynight after my dinner and it really helps me stay away.
