I have not kept in touch with this for a few weeks due to not having much time. Thankfully i have not been kicked out of my challenges, im sorry to my buddies on here that i have not kept up with. I hope you all are making great progress!! I have a hard time keeping up with my food journal with always being on the go. As a newly single mom im still trying to get my schedule back on track. I came across this site one night and it really sparked my interest and i was like this is so me, i lose my way because i get bored. With this site this women has you changing your meals every 2 weeks... Here is a link if you are interested.....

I am back!!! Okay took a week off and now im back into taking full care of my weight issues. I know for the last week i did realllly bad and probably gained weight. But i need to get motivated, i have a few weddings to go too and want to look nice for them. Tomorrow im walking and will be using the sauna suit, hopefully that will work out for me.

With this crappy weather i have not been exercising as much as i should. I found a couple of videos to workout too on youtube,and I will start those tomorrow. I will also weight myself tomorrow due to me needing to get a battery for the scale. I know i did not lose much!

I have been getting side tracked with the diet. I just been going through a lot of personal issues, and im trying to find out what i want out of these issues and try to figure what is best for me and my son. sometimes i feel like im making a great decision and than later i feel guilty and i dont know why. But im getting back on track cause i know for sure one thing this weight has to go! plus i told myself i will treat myself when i lost pounds. so i have 10 more to go!!! It does help with the weather being nice, i take my son out to the park and for walks so that helps me get some exercise in.
