Oh-I have a new kinda while I'm dieting goal.I see some ppl have bench markers and goals while they're dieting and I never did that for myself.But I thought of one now-
GOAL:FIT into my Issac Mizrahi sz.14 summer dress by 4th of July.

I think Im gonna have to definately start doing situps and arm presses.But I'm ready.Must be this weather.Finally the sun is shining and the warm weather is getting me more motivated. 'oo-Rah'!!

Great goal- there's nothing more gratifying to me that the first time you put on something that's been in your closet for ages- and find that it actually FITS! Best of luck to you :-)

Awesome!! Can't wait to see the pics of you Rocking that Dress!! Woot! And just throwing this out there: There's a video called 8 min Abs on youtube, a bit dated. But it does work. I'd say start out doing it every other day. It can leave you really sore, but you can Feel that it works the next day. XD And Woot Woot For warmer weather and motivation!!
