Going out for a bachelorette party tonight at a club. I will not let this ruin my diet so I can make tomorrow my cheat night and have a nice romantic dinner with my boyfriend.

I have several things I'm going to do to help with this situation:

1. I will eat a healthy and filling meal before I head out. I don't like to drink alot on a full stomach and this will help me limit my alcohol consumption.

2. I will stick to only low(er) calorie drinks such as vodka and diet pop ... no sugary mixed drinks no matter how good the drink specials are!

3. I will have a big bottle of water and a healthy snack waiting in the car. As drinking alcohol lowers your blood sugar it makes you hungry and more likely to hit a drive thru (Whataburger tacitos!) or grab junk food at the gas station when you stop for a drink.

4. I will have a good time and although I am conscience of my diet and my goals I will not let it ruin or control my evening!
