OK, I think I'm back on track after AF and a less-than-ideal weekend of eating. Went to the grocery store after the gym last night and I was proud of myself for reading labels not only for calorie content, but for sodium as well. I bought a rotisserie chicken which in my opinion is 10x more delicious than fried. I also didn't so much as glance down the candy aisle (even though they still have Easter candy). It's all about the simple, smart choices you make every day!
