I did really good today on my carb intake.9 carbs altogether and 8 of it was veggies.Pretty satisfied.
Have some left over temptations in the house too.Tough-to not dip into the kids' easter candy or a dish of some corn casserole.My mom isnt helping-she went back on the atkins today too,but by super time she said she couldnt do it because she was sick.SIGH.
I'm also going to start tracking my soda intake.I really need to take that more serious than i have been.I have used it too much as a crutch and replacement for food.

Sounds like your Doing AWESOME!! :D I just had a few high calorie days. XD But completely back on track tomorrow. :) Best of luck with the Soda tracking too. I know that can be a tough one to cut back on.

Jada-it is.I can only compare it to all the other clumps of bad habits-smoking,drinking,gambling.Moderation is ok-but I do not know that word!!

haha-sure.For me,disclipline is like water it ebbs and flows.I just gotta adjust my swimming to the way the current goes :)

edit to my first message above..I didnt notice but looks like my computer deleted half my msg(stoopid keyboard)-so it prob didnt make sense.LOL.The gist was that moderation is key-but I am foreign to that concept and I should be including my pop addicition in the same class as my other vices. :)Thats all,just wanted to clarify.haha

Just cut out a little soda everyday til it's manageable. You can do it!!
