ok, so I'm kinda back on track. I seem to get either the eating down right or the exercise part, but I seem to have a problem putting them together. Ugh!! The plus is that I am more conscious about what I eat and am more active. I joined a volleyball team and am back to using my Jillian Michaels workout DVD. :)
